TGI Fridays

This full interior and exterior renovation for TGI Fridays was completed with the newest concept standards within a construction schedule of only 10 weeks from start to finish.

LOCATION: Mansfield, Ohio

YEAR COMPLETED: 2015

BUILDING SIZE: 6,800 Square Feet

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The building was originally constructed in 1996 as a TGI Fridays, was later converted to Johnny Big’s, and the ownership requested the space be re-converted back to TGI Fridays.
  • The requirement was to close the current restaurant, fully remodel the interior and exterior, update with all new kitchen and bar equipment, and complete the renovation by Valentine’s Day in 2016.

OBJECTIVES / CHALLENGES:

  • The construction schedule was an estimated 10 weeks from start to finish.
  • The most challenging aspect was part of the design team’s location stationed out of state and having to coordinate between entities throughout the country that were all intermingled in this project.

RESULTS:

  • In 10 weeks, Premier renovated with the newest concept standards which included a more steamlined, patron friendly design, and a warmer color scheme to create an inviting atmosphere.
