  • As they were experiencing national growth, Infinium needed a larger building for their headquarters. They conducted what was ultimately a one-year search process looking at both land and existing buildings, considering options in both Northeast Ohio and New York, one of their top markets. They ultimately went with a parcel of Premier-owned land about one mile from their original building in Strongsville.


  • This parcel of land was only accessible via Prospect Road, which doesn’t allow trucks. A new road had to be built in order to both receive the delivery of construction materials and for Infinium’s future business needs. This new road was named Infinium way and was dedicated back to the City of Strongsville.
  • Rampant material shortages due to supply chain issues triggered by COVID-19 led to extended lead times. This extra time needed to receive materials led to schedule modifications throughout the project.


  • By increasing their square footage, Infinium will be able to streamline production and turn their product out faster, increasing their competitive advantage.
  • Through Premier’s coordination with the City of Strongsville, Infinium received an attractive tax incentives package that helped them decide to keep their thriving company in Northeast Ohio.
