REQUIREMENTS:

  • As a recognized leader in alternate site infusion therapy, Option Care’s vision was to create a flagship prototype facility to administer onsite and in-home patient treatments.
  • Essential factors in determining the ideal facility and location were building quality and cleanliness, accessibility to local markets, and easy access to and from the facility for their patients.

OBJECTIVES / CHALLENGES:

  • Finding a site large enough to provide ample extended parking and with direct highway access to Cleveland and Akron.
  • Due to a merger with a publicly traded company, timelines were shifted amid the contract and design phase.

RESULTS:

  • Option Care chose to construct a new facility in the Hudson Crossing Business Park due to the convenient location and to ensure building quality and cleanliness. Finishing the project on time and on budget, the Premier Team was able to work with Option Care to meet their new timeline and deliver a building that exceeded their expectations.
  • As Option Care expands into new markets, the building’s design will serve as a model for future locations.
