REQUIREMENTS:

  • CO-AX Technology had a pre-determined budget in which they needed to develop their new headquarters and meet their payback.
  • CO-AX spent months searching the market for the right fit before settling on our perfect location, which led to breaking ground in the Fall of 2014.

OBJECTIVES / CHALLENGES:

  • The winter season of 2014 was one of the coldest and snowiest winters on record and it quickly became apparent that the subsequent condition of the soils, as well as project timeline and budget guidelines were presenting to be the largest challenge for the project.
  • Also, EPA codes had changed over the decade from which the parcel of land had originally been developed until the time in which the basin on the property had planned to be utilized and was half the capacity needed for the new code guidelines. The challenge to Premier was to determine how to meet EPA codes and establish budgets at the same time.

RESULTS:

  • Every team member reviewed each detail of the design for the best construction practices and cost-saving measures and the result is a breathtaking interior on a very reasonable budget.
