REQUIREMENTS:
The client had acquired land in Oakwood Village and was looking for a project partner to help prepare and remediate a challenging site and guide their project throughout the construction process from design to completion.
The client wanted to consolidate their Northeast Ohio operations and have room for future growth.
OBJECTIVES / CHALLENGES:
The land was not well suited for construction and required extensive earthwork remediation and topographical site balancing prior to on-site work beginning.
Long lead times on key construction materials threatened to extend the project schedule.
