Meyer Distributing (WBC Group)

Premier was able to create a new 62,500 Sq. Ft. corporate headquarters for Meyer Distributing (now known as WBC Group) under a very tight deadline. This new facility was a reflection of their employee needs and would allow for future growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

Meyer Distributing requested to establish a new corporate environment in a unique setting for their team that would double the size of their current building and would allow for significant parking expansion.

OBJECTIVES / CHALLENGES:

To create a 62,500 SF environment representative of Meyer Distributing’s culture and vision for the future through a uniquely designed space that fostered collaboration and teamwork to meet their specifications.

RESULTS:

Once tight deadlines were met, environmental needs were satisfied, and construction was completed, Premier delivered an open plan work environment along with an outdoor basketball court and fitness facility promoting employee health, collaboration, and teamwork.
