Arhaus Corporate Headquaters and Distribution Center

Located in Boston Heights, this Arhaus Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center opened in the summer 2016.

YEAR COMPLETED: 652,500 Sq. Ft. warehouse completed in December 2015 and the 122,500 Sq. Ft. office portion was completed in June 2016.

Arhaus requested to consolidate its corporate offices, distribution center, and warehouses into a single location that had a large parcel of industrial land to allow for future expansion and also provided accessibility to major highways.
Cooperative municipalities and optimal tax abatement incentives were critical to their decision to keep their local business rooted in Cleveland.

Premier Development finalized a long-term lease with Arhaus Furniture for their new headquarters and secured the equity and financing prior to the construction commencement within a 90 day period.

Premier successfully managed and adapted to the continually changing scope of the project and constructed this massive new 775,000 square foot facility in a timeline of under 12 months.
The new headquarters will supply all of Arhaus’ distribution needs, house nearly 400 employees, include an expanded photography studio, a spacious commercial-grade kitchen and dining area, a larger sample room and a 15,000 square foot mock store.
The most sustainable method of construction was also accomplished by Premier in order to maintain Arhaus’ corporate vision.
