  • In order to support their customer needs and necessary growth, Mars Electric wished to double the size of its current central warehouse and headquarters into a new location that also had great freeway access.

  • The new space in Mayfield Village had been largely vacant since 2012. Premier was to refurbish 108,350 square feet of this abandoned former factory space within the rear portion of the building to the needs of Mars Electric.

  • With the completion of this extensive interior and exterior renovation, Premier was able to fully occupy this 200,000 square foot building in Mayfield Village. Within the 92,750 square foot warehouse, Premier was able to add two drive-in doors, remove four exterior dock doors, and remove an interior dock in order to accommodate a complete tear down of the exterior wall of the space. Seven new openings for doors and windows were installed in its place to allow for a window wall of natural light, an updated sprinkler system was improved throughout the space, as well as lighting improvements to include energy efficient motion-controlled LED lighting in both the warehouse and the parking lot on the exterior. Two new entrances were created, 170 new parking spaces, and 12,600 square feet of office space was renovated to include a lighting showroom, office space for 60 employees, a 40-person training room, and a branch office intended for walk-ins and a customer will call area.
