The building at 7920 Mapleway Drive in Olmsted Falls was an existing property built in 1952 that had been vacant for more than a year after the previous occupants had closed its food service container-producing operation. Construction is currently under way and the objective is to completely refurbish the 150,000 SF building sitting on 15 acres to the needs of Cimino Box and Pallet, one of the largest pallet recyclers and manufactures in Northeast Ohio.
