Premier Development Partners to Develop Former Progressive Campus 1 in Mayfield Village

Premier Development Partners is proud to announce its partnership with George Simon, attorney and real estate investor representing a Northeast Ohio-based investment group, for the redevelopment of Progressive’s former Campus 1 in Mayfield Village. Premier, a Northeast Ohio-based commercial real estate development company, will serve as the lead developer.

George Simon’s investment group has deep familiarity with the Mayfield Village office market. In 2023, the group acquired the 86,000-square-foot Mount Vernon property on Beta Drive, which it is successfully leasing.

Premier, a Northeast Ohio based commercial real estate development company, plans to immediately start marketing the buildings located at 6300 Wilson Mills Road overlooking I-271 to potential office tenants and possible accessory uses on Wilson Mills Road.

Premier recently leased two former Hyland Software buildings they bought in Q4 of 2024. Those buildings exceed 200,000 SF of Class A office space and are now fully leased.

The group plans to invest significant capital into the facilities to attract new long term corporate office tenants.
