Premier Development Partners is excited to announce our newest team members, Ted Wochna and Bre Ganuelas.

Ted joined us in December 2020 as Senior Property Manager with over 25+ years of management experience. Previously, Ted has managed over 2,000,000 square feet of downtown office space, and over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial properties. We know he will be a valuable asset to our team.

Bre joined us in the beginning of March 2021 and brings with her years of marketing, strategy, branding, design, social media, and writing experience. We’re excited to welcome her to the team.
