Ed Salim

Ed has been in commercial construction for over 35 years. He has worked in the field and office and has been overseeing and estimating minor to major construction projects. Previously, Ed was a co-owner of a commercial construction company for 18 years and has O.S.H.A. certifications, as well as project management certification, interior build-out, estimating, and plan grid implementation experience.

Charlotte Tam

Charlotte joined the Premier team in early February of 2018. She brings technological experience to the team, as well as organizational support and copywriting skills. 

 

 

Austin Riggle

Austin joined the Premier Development team in April of 2019 after graduating with degrees in marketing and art. He is responsible for the daily marketing efforts of Premier Development Partners and creates programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives at Premier. Along with Austin’s education in marketing, he brings with him professional photography experience, large format print design, print design, as well as social media content creation.

 

 

Eddie Steele

Eddie brings to the team over 30 years of experience as a facilities technician and supervisor. Eddie is well qualified in the operation and management of facility systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and industrial water treatment, as well as fire and life safety systems.
