The site comprises of a 40+ acre site with over 500,000 square feet available: an industrial and office building off Worden Road as well as a four-story office building prominently facing Euclid Avenue. Adjacent to the industrial building on Worden Road, there are 11 acres ready for immediate development.
This acquisition will bring valuable office and industrial space to the northeastern Cleveland suburban market where the available office and industrial space is scarce and in demand. The buildings are in a prime location near the I-90 and Rt-2 split right with access to I-271 outside of Cuyahoga County making this space even more valuable for future companies.
