That is what Spencer Pisczak, President of Premier Development Partners, declared to the full Premier team during a companywide meeting this November. He unveiled Premier’s newest 5-year plan with emphasis on ground-up speculative construction and refocusing Premier from the past 5 years of acquisitions and property management. This shift in focus will allow Premier to reallocate resources and recapitalize into a new market.

This market adjustment has been in the works since 2017 when Brian Lenahan came on board. Brian aided in expanding Premier’s services outside of Ohio and connecting us with prestigious clients who have now become lifelong partners. This November, Premier added Mark Hill, a former Vice President of Business Development at Gilbane, to our team. Mark Hill’s expertise in Business Development will help streamline Premier’s focus as well as we continue to provide exceptional ground-up speculative construction to the national market.

Premier Development Partners has been synonymous with growth since our conception in 2007. This focus on growth will continue being at the forefront of our daily operations as we expand beyond Ohio’s borders and exponentially develop our list of extraordinary clients, tenants, and services.
