Phil joined the Premier team in January 2022. He has 5 years of experience as a project architect working as part of multi-disciplinary teams providing architectural support to architects and engineers (structural, civil, mechanical, electrical). His past projects include working on a variety of new and renovated facility types including k-12 education, governmental, parks and recreational, water/wastewater, and industrial.
