Premier Development Partners has commenced construction on the complete renovation of an existing manufacturing facility, transforming it into a premier indoor go-kart racing destination. The firm is proud to partner with K1 Speed on this project, supporting the company’s continued expansion in Ohio with what will become its third location in the state.

Located in Avon, just outside of Cleveland, the new facility will complement K1 Speed’s existing Ohio locations in Canton and Columbus. Construction is currently underway, with completion and opening targeted for the third quarter of 2026.

The approximately 70,000-square-foot family entertainment center will feature a professionally designed indoor karting track, a wide selection of arcade games, and the signature Paddock Lounge, where guests can enjoy a variety of food and beverages after racing.
