Premier Development Partners is pleased to announce significant leasing and occupancy activity at 28500 and 28501 Clemens Road, two office properties acquired in December 2024 from Hyland Software as part of the company’s strategic downsizing initiative.

Following its purchase from Premier Development Partners, the building at 28501 Clemens Rd. will become a new location for Achievement Centers for Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing services for children and adults with disabilities, including autism education programs and therapy services.

The 28501 Clemens property is a three-story office building totaling approximately 69,000 square feet. The building offers a modernized environment well-suited to support the organization’s mission-driven programs.

In addition, Premier Development Partners is proud to announce that 28500 Clemens Road has been leased to Nordson Corporation as part of its continued consolidation of Northeast Ohio operations. As a full-service developer, Premier is partnering with Nordson on134,298 SF of interior renovations and tenant improvements to bring the company’s vision for the space to life. Construction is currently underway, with a targeted move-in date in the fourth quarter.
